When Storm Darragh wreaked havoc in Devon in December 2024, Barton Scaffolding answered the urgent call to provide a temporary roof which would prevent further damage to a Barnstaple hotel.

When hurricane force winds have caused severe roof damage to a building and the loss adjusters have visited the site, the challenge of designing and erecting a suitable temporary roof is magnified by the need to complete the project in double-quick time to prevent additional weather damage to the remaining building.
